Embracing The New Year

3 more days to go and then we will cross out 2007 and mark year 2008.

This year had been a pretty good year for me. It started off on the rought patch because I was put into a class full of strangers. Well, not completely. A few of them are from my ex-primary school but I wasn't really close to them. It was weird to know that I won't have any of my besties there with me.

I was very quiet for the first few months. Even my History teacher branded me a 'LONER'. Fuck it. I am not a loner! I did try to talk to most of my classmates. Using broken chinese mind you. In the end, I mixed with the malays in my class. It wasn't that bad. They are fun.

But, as the days go by, I understand them more. Made a couple of close friends. I am closer to my lab partners though. Thank god Kylie's class is just next door. Have I ever mention that her class is full of clowns? I didn't mean that in a rude way, but they are a bunch of funny people. They were my new friends too. So, I found myself slowly moving over to the greener side. And BAM!! a year has gone by. Just like that.

Now, about year 2008. Its a major important year for most of the 16 year olds because we are moving up to Form 5. Which means that we have to take the monster examination..S.P.M.!!! *you see, if you twitch it a little it will be P.M.S. hahahaha*

SPM...it will sorta determine our future. Something like the SATs that americans take. You score well, you'll get a scholarship and get accepted into whatever college or university that you desire to attend. If you fail, then, I don't know. But if you got to the looks, go be a model!!

Anyway, I went shopping a couple of days ago.

S.A.L.E. everywhere!! Every girls favourite four letter word. Agree? hahaha

I didn't buy anything much except for 2 new tops, a skirt and a new bag. Oh, and 2 books from MPH. I finally got my hands on "Queen of Babble : In The City". I have waited for a whole year for it to hit the bookshelves. Finally!!

I'm not a nerd but I just love to read chick lits. =)
