Parkour

I was chatting with Kelvin, a friend from London, and he was telling me about this new sport of his. Its called "Parkour".

That boy is forever finding new things to try. The last time we chatted, he was into the 'crip-walk'. Which pretty much look like the dancer is floating-gliding over and around the pavement. Then there was street racing. According to him, its too expensive, ya know, car parts and stuff and so... he ended up with this new thing...Parkour.

So I googled it.

"... is an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be anything in the surrounding environment — from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls — and can be practiced in both rural and urban areas..."

One word. FUCKING AWESOME!! okay..thats two words. so what?



Its fucking sick I tell ya. Damn..they are good.
